Colleges / Schools who would like to apply to become a Centre recognised
for the provision of LCM courses can dowload an Application Form
from this web site, by clicking on the link below. Once you have
clicked on the link, follow your usual printing procedure. i.e.
Go to File, then Print.
The full document is four pages in length and ALL four must be completed
and returned electronically to the email address given on the application form. We thank
you for your interest and hope your Centre will apply for Recognition
and provision of selected LCM courses.
