'Recognised Centre', please download an Application Form
for completion by clicking on the Application button on
this page and return your completed form to the address below. This
will speed up your Centre's application. If your Centre is then
recognised by LCM we will send you a full colour prospectus, information
pack and details on recieving the courses material from LCM. Return
your completed LCM Recognised Centre Application form to the address
on the form.
